ROLTEC el-kørestole A/S is a 100% Danish-owned company. Since 1974 the company has been manufacturing high quality electric wheelchairs for the Danish and foreign markets.

Over the years wheelchairs have been constantly improved in accordance to the needs, wishes and ideas of experts: physiotherapists, the company's own employees and, not least the wheelchair users themselves.

The rise of new technologies is setting new standards for electrical wheelchairs. An electrical wheelchair is therefore far more complex and advanced today.

Our goal has been to maintain simple wheelchair operations in spite of the tremendous developments in the area, so that all our wheelchair users can feel absolutely secure in their chairs.

The mechanical and electronical functions are built up in modules. This means that repair technicians and other with technical insight relative easily can either repair the wheelchair with help from the user friendly service manuals, or alter the functions of the chairs to suit the user's individual needs.
